Cancellations can be made before the product is dispatched. You can make a cancellation on the DECCAN PET STORE website or by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Damaged or Expiry Products:
What if I receive damaged goods / expired products?
We keep a very eye on our goods and are careful not to stock or ship products that have passed their expiry date. If damage has occurred in transit, do get in touch with us on email@example.com within 24 hours of your delivery, Post the photos or video exchange with the DECCAN PET team, we will look to replace the product or refund the amount in your DECCAN PET wallet. In case, the complaint is made later than 24 hours of delivery, no request would be entertained.
